- Chicken pieces
- Butter
- Olive oil
- 2 bunches green coriander
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Lemon
- 1/2 cup Water

Coriander, like many spices, contains antioxidants, which can delay or prevent the spoilage of food seasoned with this spice. A study found both the leaves and seed to contain antioxidants, but the leaves were found to have a stronger effect

Coriander Chicken

- Fry chicken in Butter and Olive oil until brown.
- Take out of pot.
- Fry coriander and garlic in the oil of the chicken, and when
wilted, drain oil out.
- Add chicken pieces to the mixture and one cup of lemon juice
as well as 1/2 cup of water.
- Turn chicken then let cook for 1//2 hr.
Serve hot with bread
